My recent hotel stay was quite delightful. the hotel's location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. the surroundings are peaceful, providing a perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. the rooms were incredibly comfortable, with heating systems that kept us cozy throughout the night. the breakfast at the hotel bar was amazing and offered a variety of delicious options. the staff was great, especially the receptionists who went out of their way to assist us to the best of their abilities.
The lack of an elevator was slightly inconvenient, especially while carrying luggage.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the bar with its selection of breakfast and snacks. the heating system worked well, and the room had all the necessary amenities.
The positive aspects were outweighed by the negatives. the bathroom had its share of problems , the water drainage system was terrible, and the shower caused flooding.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the pleasant and helpful staff at reception, the comfortable rooms equipped with necessary items, the satisfactory heating system and the location close to the centre of the city.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. The hotel had a nice bar where we enjoyed good breakfasts and snacks. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of amenities and the heating system worked great. The hotel was located in a quiet area, which was perfect for relaxing.
There were some minor issues with the bathrooms, particularly the drainage system. , there was no elevator in the hotel which made it difficult to carry our bags up and down four floors.
